Licensing & Pricing

Sinistasoundz recording and music production license agreement. This contract covers all recording created and owned by Sinistasoundz. The purchaser agrees to the following contract when purchasing a beat from Sinistasoundz. LEASING RIGHTS You will receive a untagged song copy of the raw WAV file. The song file WILL be delivered digitally.Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for a non-profit promotional use or demo recording. This recording can then be distributed for free for up to 1,000 copies. Giving away more than 1,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract by email (with purchase receipt) granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You must also give full credit to "Sinistasoundz" on all commercial and private recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, Sinistasoundz still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS You will receive a untagged (free of soundmarks)copy of the raw WAV file. The song file WILL be delivered digitally. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract by email granting you exclusive rights to the beat. You own the recording as a "work made for hire". The original seller may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there). Sinistasoundz will receive a royalty OF 2% from the sale of records or downloads and we will still be able to use the beat to promote our music . You must give full credit to "Sinistasoundz" on all commercial recordings. SPECIAL USES: TV, Movies, Commercials, Websites Charity organizations: can use song for free, but must give full credit to "Sinistasoundz". Student projects for school/college: can use song for free, but must give full credit to "Sinistasoundz".TV/Movie: terms are to be discussed. Other uses not mentioned are to be discussed. PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE You will receive a zip file with untagged (free of soundmarks) stems of all the tracks used to compose the beat (kick drums, synths etc..) so you artist can mix and arrange the track as they please .
